Teriyaki Steak (Crock Pot)

2-3 lbs boneless chuck steak
1 tsp ground ginger
1 Tbsp sugar
2 Tbsp olive oil
1/2 tsp onion powder
1/2 cup soy sauce, low sodium
1 clove garlic, crushed
Fresh ground pepper

Cut steak into thick slices approx 1/4inch thick. Combine remaining ingredients. Put meat into cooker and pour teriyaki sauce over it. Cover and cook on low for 6-8 hours. Serve with rice or mashed potatoes.

Good to put on before you go to work and come home to the smell.
