Texas Stew

1 lb. ground beef 1 c. chopped celery 1/2 c. chopped onion 1/2 c. green peppers, chopped 141/2 oz. can diced tomatoes 1 can rotel tomatoes 2 cans minestrone soup 1 can ranch style beans 2 bean cans of water
Brown beef, with onions,celery,and green peppers. Drain. Add remaining ingredients and simmer for 30 minutes.For a milder taste just use 1/2 can of rotel.
