Thai Rice with Crabmeat

1 cup cooked rice
1/4 cup cooked crabmeat (reserve some for garnishing)
1 egg (beaten)
1 tsp. chopped garlic
1/2 tsp ground pepper
1/4 tsp sugar
1 Tbsp light soya sauce
3 Tbsp cooking oil
For garnishing:
sliced spring onions
coriander leaves
sliced cucumber
thinly sliced spur chili
carrot - julliened

  1. Heat the oil in the wok or frying pan and fry garlic till golden brown. Add beaten egg and stir till egg is cooked. break up the egg as it is frying. Add in rice and stir well. When nearly ready add in the crabmeat and stir well. Season with the sugar, pepper, soy sauce. Stir well to mix.
    Dish up and sprinkle with the crabmeat, spring onions, corianderleaves carrot and sliced chilli.
