Cheesecake Factory Key Lime Cheesecake

-thank You so much for this recipe, I was afraid I wouldn’t find the Cheesecake Factory’s recipe.

I have the cheesecake in the oven as of now. Though, I do wonder, I live in Colorado. Will the high altitude effect the outcome when using this recipe?

Other then that, I’ll post if it is a success later. It is for my boyfriend and his family. Tough critics… anyhow.
