Thin Mint Delite
1 package Girl Scout Thin Mint Cookies
Â½ gallon vanilla ice cream (or your favorite flavor)
3 tbsp butter or margarine, melted
Grind 20 cookies in blender or food processor and press into a 9-inch pie pan. Freeze for 45 minutes. Let ice cream sit out until it is soft enough to mold into pan. Mold ice cream into chilled pan over crust and spread until smooth. Freeze for Â½ hour. Crumble remaining cookies and use them for topping. Freeze pie until ready to serve.
