tofutti cheese cake pie

1 graham cracker pie shell

2 eggs separated
1/4 cup sugar
1/4 tsp. cream of tartar
1 tsp. vanilla
1 tofutti cream cheese
1 tbs. flour
2 tbs. lemon juice
whipped cream and cherry pie filling for garnishing

preheat oven to 350

make snow. while eggwhites still soft add cream of tartar then increase speed and add sugar. transfer to bowl and set aside.

in mixer with same bowl add rest of ingredients and mix well. fold in snow by hand and pour into pie shell.

bake about 40-45 minutes till top is slightly brown but firm.

when cool decorate with whipped cream border and fill center with cherry pie filling. serve cold.

can be frozen up to garnishing instructions.
