Tomorrow is my day to not have to worry about what is for dinner!
Cooked egg noodles, placed in a buttered casserole with frozen peas, and mixed with cream of chicken soup. I have diced turkey breast frozen in the freezer that I will also mix in. Top with toasted bread cubes and dotted with butter.
I can assemble it in the morning and pop it into the oven at 350* F. to heat through at any time.
Served with a nice green salad and corn bread sticks. The corn bread sticks can go in the oven with the casserole.
Pistachio pudding mixed with chopped pistachios layered in parfait glasses with pineapple tidbits drained and mixed with cool whip. Topped with cool whip.
