I love this idea. We’re having garlic and herb pork lion roast on the grill, sautÃ©ed apples and scalloped potatoes.
I put it in a large zip lock bag with 3 cloves of minced garlic, 1/4 cup olive oil, 1 freshly squeezed lemon, thyme and basil. Let marinate all day and grill tonight.
Peel and core 3 Granny Smith apples, sautÃ© on medium in 2 Table spoons butter for a couple min. andd brown sugar and cinnamon.
Peel and slice 3 large baking potatoes, place in greased baking dish, add 1/2 cup cream, 1/2 cup chicken stock, couple pats of butter, salt, pepper and garlic powder, bake on 375 for about 45 min.
