Tortellini Broccoli Alfredo
1 16-oz. jar Alfredo sauce
1/4 c. water
10-oz. pkg. frozen cheese-filled tortellini
12-oz. pkg. frozen broccoli flowerets
In a bowl, stir together sauce and water. Layer ingredients in a slow cooker as follows: 1/3 of the sauce, all of the frozen tortellini, 1/3 of the sauce and all of the frozen broccoli. Pour remaining sauce over the broccoli. Cover and cook on high setting for 3 hours, until heated through.
Makes 4 servings.
