Tortellini Salad

Tortellini Salad

1 package frozen cheese tortellini- cooked and drained
1 cup cubed hard salami
1 cup cubed Provolone cheese
1 9oz package frozen spinach-drained
1 cup medium black olives
1 1/2 cups creamy Italian dressing (regular, low fat or fat free)
1/2 cup Parmesean cheese

  • Cook and drain tortellini, set aside
  • Mix salami, cheese, spinach and olives
  • Add tortellini
  • Add creamy dressing and Parmesean cheese
  • Refrigerate 2-3 hours and serve cold

*Recipe can be doubled
