Tortilla Roll-ups

12 lg. flour tortillas
4 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened
1/2 c. sour cream
4 (4 oz.) cans chopped green chilies
3 tbsp. grated onion
1/2 tsp. garlic salt
Mix softened cream cheese and sour cream until smooth. Add remaining ingredients. Spread on tortillas. Roll up gently. Wrap in plastic wrap. Chill. Slice 3/8 inch thick and place on platter. Serve with salsa to be dipped in.
