Tossed Green Salad with Ranch Dressing
1 c Plain yogurt
2 ts Prepared mustard
1 1/2 ts Lemon juice
1 tb Chopped green onion (top & bottoms)
3 ts Chives
5 c To 6 cups assorted salad greens
In a small bowl, combine yogurt, mustard, lemon juice, green onion, ans chives. Cover and refrigerate dressing until well chill. Meanwhile, clesn salad greens and tear into bite-size pieces. When ready to serve, place green in large sald bowl. Toss with dressing and serve immediately.
