Turbana Banana Daiquiri

Turbana Banana Daiquiri

 1/2                turbana banana -- mashed

1 tablespoon lime juice
4 ounces light rum (1/2 cup)
1 teaspoon sugar
1/2 cup finely cracked ice

Combine in a cocktail shaker and shake vigorously until thoroughly chilled. Serve in 3 or 4 ounce prechilled cocktail glasses with frosted rims. Moisten rim of prechilled glass with slice of lemon or lime. Immediately dip wet rim in granulated or confectioners sugar.

NOTES : Variation : Banana Bacardi - Omit sugar and use instead 1 tablespoon of grenadine.
