Turkey Curry Salad

4-5 Cups cooked turkey, cut into small bite size cubes
1 1/2 Cups mayonnaise
1 Tablespoon curry (or more to taste)
1 Cup celery (diced small)
2 Medium apples, Red and Golden Delicious (diced small)
2 Tablespoons sugar
1/2 Cup Golden Raisens
1/3 Cup yellow onion (diced onion)
1 Tablespoon prepared Mustard

Add all ingredients together. Let stand in refrigerator for at least 1 hour for the flavors to meld together.

This is a salad I got from a Deli and we didn’t like . I thought it was missing a few ingredients and had a few ingredients that didn’t belong. After tweaking it a few times, I came up with this one that my husband and family all like. I hope you do to.
