flour - 3 tbsp
low-fat, low-sodium chicken broth - 1 cup
defatted turkey drippings (or another cup of low-fat, low-sodium chicken broth - 1 cup
white wine - 1/4 cup
salt - 1/4 tsp
pepper - 1/3 tsp

  1. Melt the margarine in a medium saucepan over medium heat. Stir in flour and cook for 1 minute, stirring constantly with a wire whisk.

  2. Gradually add the remaining ingredients, stirring constantly. Bring to a boil, still stirring constantly. Reduce heat and simmer, uncovered, until the gravy is slightly thickened.
