Turkey - Pork Meatloaf with Carrots and Spinach

1 1/2 lbs ground turkey, 1 lb pork sausage, 1 large onion chopped fine, 1 clove garlic minced, 2 lg carrots peeled and chopped, 1 - 10 oz pkg frozen chopped spinach thawed and sqeezed dry, 1 tsp salt, 1 tsp dried thyme, 1 tsp dried marjoram, 3/4 tsp black pepper, 1/2 cup dry bread crumbs, 2 large eggs.
Heat oven to 350 degrees. Combine turkey, pork sausage, onion, garlic, carrots, and spinach in a large bowl. Add salt, thyme, marjoram, and pepper. Mix well. Add bread crumbs and eggs; mix thoroughly. Pack meatloaf mixture into a 9" x 5" loaf pan, rounding the top slightly.
Bake until meat registers 160 degrees on a thermometer, about 1 hr 15 mins. Drain off fat. Cool on a rack, turn onto a cutting board, cut into 8 slices and serve hot or cold.
