Tuscan Olive Toast -Appetizers

1- 6 oz. can ripe olives
1 T. finely minced garlic
2 tsp. anchovies
1/2 tsp. pepper
1/4 tsp. thyme
1/4 tsp. oregano
4-5 T. Olive oil
1 tsp. wine vinegar

Combine all ingredients in a food processor or blender …puree

Serve on warm toast or as a topping for roasted halved tomatoes in the oven

If using Italian toasted bread cut into fours. hj :wink:
