Twiced Baked Ranch/Broccoli Potatoes

4 large baking potatoes
1/2 cup ranch dressing
1 (10 oz) box frozen broccoli, thawed
1 cup real bacon pieces
1 cup (4 oz) shredded cheddar cheese

Bake potatoes and let cool for ten (10) minutes. Cut in half, lengthwise, and scoop out the inside leaving 1/4"of potato. Mix this with the above listed ingredients except 1/2 bacon bits and 1/2 cheese. Pack back into potato shells; sprinkle with remaining bacon bits and cheese. Bake 10-15 minutes or until cheese melts.
