Twisty Beef Bake
2 cups rotini or elbow macaroni, cooked
1 lb. ground beef
1 can (2.8 oz.) Durkee French Fried onions
1 cup shredded Cheddar cheese
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 can (14 1/2 oz.) whole tomatoes, undrained & cut-up
1/4 cup chopped green peppers
1/4 tsp. seasoned salt
Preheat oven to 375 degrees. In large skillet, brown ground beef; drain.
Stir in hot macaroni, 1/2 can French Fried onions, 1/2 cup cheese, the soup,tomatoes, green pepper and seasoned salt. mix well. Pour into 2 qt.
casserole. Bake, covered for 30 minutes or until heated through. Top with remaining cheese and onions, bake, uncovered, 3 minutes or until onions are golden brown.
