Recently saw a recipe for a “tower of chocolate cake” and they used unflavored gelatin in the recipe to make this “cake” stand up without falling over. This "cake was baked in a ramakin using the gelatin and when it was tuned over, after it cooled, it stood up without falling over. Can unflavored gelatin be used in other foods items, and if so, how?
