Well, I didn’t see this until the morning after (i.e., Feb.15), but with an anniversary coming up soon, it’s still a good resource for a romantic dinner!

The roasted red pepper sauce instructions (“Shrimp Ravioli with Roasted Red Pepper Sauce” p.102) did not seem complete to me, but I can improvise using the given list of ingredients.

Overall, I think it’s a wonderful resource of ideas. Merci, et bon appétit !
