I neet veg recipes for my grandson who cannot have meat, or sugar, or white flour. Such as salads and soups. Can anyone help?

Here’s one that I made last night.
1 16oz bag of frozen broccoli
1 16oz bag of frozen cauliflower
1 cup of ranch dressing
6 ozs (or to taste) shredded chedder cheese
black pepper and cayenne pepper to taste (can omit)
Put both broccoli and cauliflower into a pan of cold water for about 5 - 10 minutes to defrost. Drain well. Place in bowl, add other ingredients and mix! Refridgerate for at least 1 hour or over night to blend the flavors.
My daughter is a vegetarian so we often have this sort of dish but I like it better with the bacon added. Add about 5 cooked slices crumbledto the salad.
