Vegetable Juices

If you suffer from HIGH cholesterol, drink fresh juices; especially carrot, celery and beet juices.

Fresh carrot juice is good to lower cholesterol. Carrot juice helps flush out fat from the bile in the liver and this helps lower cholesterol.
