I had cooked chicken breasts in the freezer and a jar of gravy. So I took it out last night and placed in the fridge to thaw.
Also - we had a bit too much bread in the house - half a loaf of rye, almost a full loaf of Italian, 8 Italian rolls and 3 other rolls. That’s way too much for us - so I broke it all up for dressing. Diced my onion and frozen red bell peppers, celery and I added carrots. Seasoned and it’s in the oven while the chicken is heating in the gravy.
Sweet potatoes mashed with butter, salt and pepper.
