VIDALIA ONION SPREAD
2 cups chopped Vidalia onions
1 cup shredded Swiss cheese
1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
1 cup mayonnaise
Thoroughly mix together. Place in ungreased 1-1/2 quart casserole
dish. Bake in 325°F oven for 30 to 35 minutes. Serve with crackers.
