[li]Take about a tsp. of cream cheese and spread it across the middle of the Salome.[/li][li]You will need a lot of cream cheese in order to taste it! [/li][li]Roll it up. Seal it shut by dabbing a small amount of cream cheese at the end.[/li][/ol]
You can use different kinds of lunch meat and/or different flavors of cream cheese, you might even try a green onion or chives.
