Wasabi Aioli

Wasabi Aioli

2 egg yolks
1/2 teaspoon French mustard
1 teaspoon wasabi paste
3 tablespoons vinegar
300 milliliters extra virgin olive oil
1 teaspoon soya sauce
Salt and pepper to taste

Combine yolks, mustard and vinegar together. Whisk then slowly add oil and wasabi paste.

Season to taste.
