Watermelon Radish Chips

Incredibly delicious healthy snacks. This is actually a great way of preserving the radishes for a longer period of time. Since you can grow them quickly and easily and make tons of healthy dishes… why not? :slight_smile:

Incredibly low calorie healthy & tasty snack chips created from watermelon radishes (though any radish can be used).

Ingredients
10 radishes
1 tsp chili powder
1/2 tsp garlic salt
1/2 tsp paprika

Thinly slice radishes

Steam in microwave for 5 minutes

Put in bowl with spices; stir

Bake at 350 degrees for 10 minutes, flip the chips, and bake for another 10 minutes.
