Weight Watchers Soup Recipe

I know there is a soup that is supposed to be good for helping weight loss. It was originally put out by weight watchers. Also, there is a “jump start” that was published that you could do when you have hit a plateau in your weight loss at weight watchers. Anyone know of this?
