What would you make from your store cupboard provisions

If you were snowed in right now, as Kitchen Witch often is, and today I am, what would you make with your store cupboard provisions for dinner tonight?

I am making Mushroom Risotto, with rice, dried porcini mushrooms, vegetable stock and a couple of mushrooms I found at the bottom of the fridge, I also have some dried parmesan cheese to add.

It won’t be amazing but it’s my own fault for not shopping for 2 weeks - don’t often get snowed in here.

Anyone else?
