WHITE CHEESE POLLO DIP
1 can cream of chicken soup or cream of mushroom soup
4 oz. can green chiles, chopped (optional)
2 C. grated Monterey Jack Cheese
1/4 C. sour cream
1 medium onion, diced
In 2 quart saucepan mix soup, sour cream, chiles, cheese
and onion. Heat over medium heat, stirring occasionally till
cheese has melted, until hot.
To garnish this add some chopped green onion and tomatoes and just dollop it in the middle of the dip.
