white chocolate ice cream

400g white chocolate
3 eggs
250g cream
250g milk
25g sugar

seperate 3 eggs and them to the bowl with the suagr
cook the milk and cream together till its simmering
add to the egg mixture
return to the pan whisk for about 3 mins until thickened
add the white chocolate to the mix and stir until melted
put in a airtight container and stir at least ever 2 hours if u don’t have an ice cream maker

Whats up with all the gram posts lately vs tsp and cups? I WOULD LOVE TO TRY BUT HATE TO CONVERT.

Fizzywizzy may be in Europe or Australia where metric is used instead of tsp and cups. There are loads of conversion tables available.
