White Chocolate Toffee Crunch Cookies
2 sticks butter; room temperature
1 1/2 cup sugar
2 large eggs
2 tsp vanilla
3 cups flour
1 tsp baking soda
1 tsp salt
1 1/2 cups white chocolate chips
1 1/2 pretzels; crushed
1/4 cup toffee bits
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Spray cookie sheet with Pam
Mix butter and sugar together, add egg and vanilla, Mix thoroughly.
Add flour, salt and baking soda mix together. Add white chocolate chips, pretzels and toffee bits.
Use teaspoon and place on cookie sheet, Bake 10 to 12 min. Let cookies rest on sheet 2 or 3 minutes place on cooling rack.
