Whos got the worlds best Hamburger Recipe

like it says in my profile i have been cooking now for a few years and tonight i have finally decided to try to tackle the greatest staple of north american cuisine, the hamburger. I decided to try to take this either over the edge or depending on what you think i may have completely ruined a true classic.
i am going to post the recipe and for those of you who wish i try it out and tell me what you think

Burger Patty:
equal parts top sirloin beef, tenderloin steak, chuck steak.
6 slices of bacon. (I prefere just regular bacon, but any type will do)
1/4 large onion diced fine and sweated.
1 jalapeno roasted, sweated, skinned, and seeded. (dice fine).
1/2 tbsp Soy sauce
1/2-2/3 cup Panko break crumbs. (sounds crazy but it makes it incredible).

Red Pepper Sauce
1 large red bell pepper: roasted, sweated, skinned and pureed
1/4 cup brown sugar. (i make my own but any kind will do)
1/4 tbsp white vinager
3-4 drops of habenaro pepper hot sauce
bring it all to a boil and reduce it down to a nice thickness.

1 roasted green bell pepper (same as other peppers) (i use this mostly for colour)
1 avacado with lime juice
2 slices of american chedder cheese
your favorite mushrooms (i like portabellos as long as they are grilled)
and smoked bacon.

throw all of that onto your favorite bun and forget the ketchup mustard thing. you dont need it. this burger is just right on its own. anything else actually takes away from the time it takes to make it. and always remember, with every good burger. NEVER GRILL THEM. always use a flat top. it keeps them juicy and moist.
i hope atleast someone tries this out. and if you think im crazy…let me know
thanks all
next week we’re doin a crab stuffed filet mignon!!

i hope atleast someone tries this out. and if you think im crazy…let me know
