I’m pretty new to the site and have just looked through pages of recipes but I notice that most have no comments. Either this means that no-one is trying out the recipes or that they do try it but dont bother to come back on and say what they thought.
I’m kinda reluctant to try many recipes that have recieved no comments. I’ll try one or two but mostly if I am looking for something special to serve I want a recipe that others have tried too.
Even when people comment, it can be hard to interpret. On other sites I have seen someone review a recipe, but state they changed this, left that out and added another ingredient. Yet they still rate the recipe and say it turned out bad. What are they reviewing, the original recipe? Their execution of the recipe? What they thought it would be? Sometimes a comment or review is still not useful.
I use the same approach to recipes as KW does.
