Wine Cake

Wine Cake

1 pkg yellow cake mix
1 pkg vanilla instant pudding mix
1 tsp nutmeg
4 eggs
3/4 cup oil
3/4 cup sherry wine

Combine all ingredients, beat for 5 minutes at medium speed in mixer. Grease and flour bundt pan. Bake 45 minutes in 350F oven. (Test with toothpick to be sure it is done). Sprinkle with confectioners sugar. Cool in pan 10 minutes before removing from pan.
