NUMMYLICIOUS…On any Veggie Salad!!!
WARM CITRUS-BACON VINAIGRETTE
8 Bacon Slices
1-1/3 C Fresh Orange Juice
5 Tbsp Brandy or Dry Sherry
6 Tbsp Red Wine Vinegar
4 tsp Honey
1/2 tsp Salt
1/2 tsp Pepper
Cook bacon in a medium skillet over medium heat until crisp. Remove bacon from pan; crumble. Discard drippings.
Add orange juice, brandy/sherry, vinegar, and honey to pan; cook over medium heat for 5 minutes or until reduced to about 8 Tbsp.
Stir in crumbled bacon, salt, and pepper.
