Yankee Doodle Seafood


10 oz. lobster (or monkfish), bite size pieces
10 oz. shrimp, medium size
6 tablespoons butter
2 tablespoons green peeper, finely chopped
2 teaspoons grated onion
1/4 cup pimentoes, chopped
2 cups light cream
1 teaspoon Worchestershire
6 tablespoons flour
1 teaspoon prepared mustard
1 cup grated cheddar
salt and pepper, to taste
2 tablespoons parsley, chopped

Saute lobster, shrimp, green pepper, onion and pimentoes in butter
for five minutes. Add 1 1/2 cups cream and Worchestershire; mix well.
Combine flour and 1/2 cup cream; blend and add to seafood mixture.
Cook, stirring constantly, over low heat until thickened. Add
mustard, cheese, salt, pepper and parsley. Cook over low heat until
cheese is melted stirring occasionally. Serve over buttered noodles.
