Grilled deli ham and hard salami, topped with provolone cheese (let it melt a bit), serve on lightly toasted crusty Italian bread with lettuce, tomato, onion and pepperoncini; mayo on the inside of the top of the bread and Italian dressing drizzled on the bottom of the bread.

Jo-jo’s: White potatoes, scrubbed (leave skins on) and cut into wedges. Drizzle olive oil over and bake until done. Sprinkle grated Cheddar cheese over wedges and return to oven to melt cheese.

I absolutely love to grill/fry hard salami for my sandwiches! Top with either provolone, mozzarella or Asiago…
