YOGURT MUFFINS

YOGURT MUFFINS

1/4 c. melted butter (or margarine)
2 c. Bisquick
1/4 c. sugar
1/2 tsp. baking soda
1 egg, beaten
1 (8 oz.) yogurt, lemon (or any flavor)

Mix all the ingredients. Pour evenly into muffin pan (which has paper liners or is greased). Bake 15 minutes at 400 degrees. Makes 12.
