YUM-YUM STEAK SEASONING
A more refined steak rub. Use this if you really love the taste of a
good steak with no fancy-schmancy toppings…
4 T. salt
2 T. paprika
1 T. black pepper, coarsely ground
1 1/2 tsp. onion powder
1 1/2 tsp. garlic powder
1 1/2 tsp. cayenne pepper
1/2 tsp. coriander
1/2 tsp. turmeric
Mix together and use on steaks. Makes about 1/2 cup.
