Yummy Sugar Free Hot Chocolate Mix
3 cups non fat powdered milk (dry)
1/2-3/4 cup cocoa powder
28 packets Splenda (or an equivalent sugar substitute)
1/8 tsp salt
Combine all and mix thoroughly. Store in an airtight container. A wide mouth one quart canning jar is ideal. To make hot chocolate, place 3-4 heaping tablespoons into a mug. Add 6-8 oz of boiling water and stir well. If you like darker, stronger hot chocolate, use the 3/4 cup of cocoa but increase the sugar substitute or it may be bitter. Sometimes you just have to tweak it to your own taste but this is a good starting recipe.
