Zesty Herb Roasted Potatoes

1/2 cup of Miracle Whip or Miracle Whip Light dressing
1 Tbsp. each dried rosemary, garlic powder and onion powder
1 Tsp. seasoned Salt
1 Tbsp. water
2 lbs. small red potatoes, quartered

  1. Mix dressing, seasonings and water in large bowl.

  2. Add potatoes; toss to coat. Place potatoes on greased cookie sheet.

  3. Bake at 400 degrees for 30 to 40 minutes or until golden brown,
    stirring after 15 minutes.
