ZESTY MARGARITA SHRIMP COCKTAIL
1/2 c. mayonnaise
2 T. honey mustard salad dressing
1 t. grated lime peel
1 T. fresh lime juice
1 T. tequila, if desired
32 deveined shelled cooked extra-large shrimp with tails on (about 2 lb.)
Combine all ingredients except shrimp. Cover and chill for at least 1 hour. Serve as a dip for shrimp.
NOTE: Although tequila adds depth to this recipe - it is not needed in this recipe.
