Zesty Roasted Vegetables

These are no garden-variety veggies. kicked up with Parmesan and Italian dressing, they’re super tasty.

1/2 lb. whole button mushrooms
1-1/2 cup baby carrots
1 medium onion, peeled, cut into 1/2: thick wedges
1 large yellow, red or green bell pepper, cut into 8 strips
1/3 cup Kraft Light Zesty Italian Reduced Fat Dressing
1/3 cup Kraft 100% Grated Parmesan Cheese, divided

Preheat the oven to 450*F. Line 15 x 10 x 1" baking dish with nonstick foil, set aside.

Toss vegetables with dressing and 1/4 cup of the cheese, spread into prepared dish. Bake 28 to 30 minutes or until vegetables are tender, stirring after 15 minutes. Sprinkle with remaining cheese.

Makes 8 servings.
