3 Vinegar Fusion Vinaigrette Salad Dressing
2 Tbsp Balsamic Vinegar
2 Tbsp Red Wine Vinegar
4 Tbsp Seasoned Rice Vinegar (I use Marukan Seasoned Gourmet Rice Vinegar brand)
4 Tbsp extra-virgin olive oil
Salt & black pepper to taste
Place vinegars in a small bowl and whisk in the extra-virgin olive oil.
Pour dressing over green salad and toss to coat evenly. Season with Salt & black pepper to taste.
Why is this called Fusion? Balsamic Vinegar & olive oil (Italian), Rice Vinegar (Asian), recipe invented by my wife (1/2 Armenian - 1/2 Irish).
