5 Minute Sugar Free Key Lime Pie
1 (4 oz) box sugar free lime gelatin
1 (4 oz) box sugar free lemon gelatin
4 (8 oz) ctns key lime yogurt
1/2 cup boiling water
1 (16 oz) ctn Cool Whip, sugar free
2 prepared shortbread or graham cracker pie crusts
Heat water in microwave to boiling. Add gelatin stirring with a whish until completely dissolved. Pour into a large bowl. Add yogurt ad whish until smooth. Add Cool Whip and blend again until smooth. Pour into prepared crust or to skip the extra carbs & calories, serve in dessert cups.
Garnish with lime slices if desired. Makes two pies.
