50/50 Burger

Grilling season is upon us, and here is one of my favorites.

1 pound bacon ground in food processor
1 pound ground beef
Buns
Lots of napkins
Condiments:
Lettuce
Fresh spinach
Tomato
Dill pickles
Bread and butter pickles
Sautéed Onion
Sliced ripe avocado
Provolone cheese slices
Mayonnaise
Mustard

Mix the bacon and beef thoroughly, and pat out the burgers. Grill the burgers as you normally would, and enjoy.
You will need more than one napkin.
