Raspberry Cream Pie Recipe

12 Oz Cream Cheese
½ Cup Granulated Sugar
2 Eggs
1 Unbaked 9 Inch Pie Shell
1 Cup Heavy Cream
1 Cup Dairy Sour Cream
2 - 10 Oz Pkgs Frozen Raspberries, Thawed
5 Tsp Cornstarch
1 Cup Heavy Cream

Cream Together First 3 Ingredients Until Smooth & Blended.

Pour Into Pie Shell. Bake At 375ºf For 30 Minutes Or Until Filling Is Firm.

Let Stand On Cake Rack Until Cold. Spread With Sour Cream & Chill 1 Hour.

Meanwhile, Mix Berries & Cornstarch In Saucepan. Cook, Stirring Frequently, Until Thick & Clear. Cool To Room Temperature.

Whip Cream & Fold Into Raspberries. Spoon Onto Pie.

Chill.

Reese’s Peanut Butter & Hershey’s Kisses Layer Pie

18 Hershey’s Kisses
1 Cup Whipping Cream, Divided
1 – 9 Inch Pie Crust (baked), Cooled
1 Pkg Vanilla Cook & Serve Pudding & Pie Filling
2 Cups Milk
½ Cup Creamy Peanut Butter
1 Tbsp Powdered Sugar
¼ Tsp Vanilla Extract
Additional Hershey’s Kisses (optional)

Remove Wrappers From Chocolate Pieces.

In Small Microwave-safe Bowl, Place Chocolate Pieces & 2 Tablespoons Whipping Cream. Microwave At High (100%) 1 Minute Or Until Chocolate Is Melted & Mixture Is Smooth When Stirred.

Spread Chocolate Mixture Over Bottom Or Baked Pie Crust; Refrigerate 30 Minutes Or Until Set.

In 2-quart Saucepan, Place Pudding Mix & Peanut Butter. Using Whisk, Gradually Blend In Milk, Stirring Until Smooth. Cook Over Medium Heat, Stirring Constantly, Until Pudding Thickens & Boils; Remove From Heat. Cool 10 Minutes, Stirring Frequently.

Pour Pudding Over Chocolate Mixture In Pie Crust. Refrigerate Several Hours Or Until Firm.

In Small Mixer Bowl, Beat Remaining Whipped Cream, Powdered Sugar & Vanilla Until Stiff. Spread Over Top Of Pie.

Garnish With Additional Chocolate Pieces, If Desired. Cover; Refrigerate Leftover Pie.

The pies sound so good, think I will make both of them as we have some sick neighbors that would enjoy something home made for the holiday both can’t get out and one loves chocolate the other loves raspberries so I will make 4 two for us and one for each of the neighbors. I was looking in the just dessert forum for a nice pie to make for them that was different.
