2 CUPS CORNSTARCH
1 TBSP BAKING POWDER
1 TBSP BAKING SODA
1 TBSP SALT
2 2/3 CUPS WATER

COMBINE ALL INGREDIENTS THOROUGHLY.

use your favourite sweet & sour sauce.
